GATAP FARM is planning to join the government fighting to reduce the unemployment rate of 32,9% and 60,7% for youth, by creating jobs, training unemployed on farming, supplying unemployed with fruits and vegetables to encourage them to start their own businesses, etc.  

GATAP Farm will employ temporary employees when there is a need. Interested employees from Balanganani, Mabidi, Sundani, Ngwekhulu, Tshivhangani and Bofulamato will be given first preference.

Interested employees, with SA ID residing from any of the places mentioned above, are advised to send names and contact numbers.  A list will be compiled and when they are needed the management will contact them a day or two before to discuss salary and any other matters that will need discussion.

Our village has many educated people in the field of agriculture.  They are not working because they are not yet exposed to the related field.  

GATAP FARM is specializing in Agricultural Trading and Projects.  So the management is inviting all local citizens interested in agriculture to come and see what we are doing.  You are welcomed to give your input that will assist the farm to improve concerning marketing, financial control, production, employment, maintenance, etc.

Local unemployed residents looking for job opportunities in our farm are invited to give their names for consideration.  Indicate the following:

- Full names 

- Cell number

-  Gender

-  Age

From the list compiled, we are going to select names randomly for people to be contacted.

People who want to work, will be required to sign agreement.  

We have one vacancy for the period of twelve months.  Successful applicant will:

- start working in June 2024.

- perform general work as will be instructed by management.

- sign agreement 

Salary will be negotiable
